Shipping & Freight

Delivery is available to the Lower 48 only; no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories. Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders up to $5,000: $279
  • Orders $5,000.01 to $10,000: $347
  • Orders $10,000.01 and over: $517

These rates cover standard freight delivery to a commercial address. After you place your order, our team will confirm your delivery timeline within 1 to 3 business days.

Liftgate service is required if your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift to unload the freight. If you are unsure whether you need it, contact us before ordering.

Commercial delivery locations are preferred when available. Residential delivery, limited-access locations, and appointment scheduling may affect handling and extend delivery time.

Lead times vary by product, manufacturer availability, and selected options. Some configured, special-order, or non-stock items require additional processing time before they ship.

Please inspect all freight shipments at delivery before signing. If you see visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

If you need freight, delivery, or lead-time guidance before ordering, contact our team before you purchase.

Compatibility / Fitment

Compatibility varies by product type, machine setup, selected options, and intended application.

For machine-mounted equipment and attachments, buyers should confirm fitment before ordering using the relevant machine information, including model, attachment style, mount type, coupler type, hydraulic requirements, and any other product-specific requirements listed on the page.

Hardscape Heavy can assist with pre-order fitment guidance based on the information you provide. This guidance is limited to purchase and compatibility review before ordering and does not include field installation, hydraulic modification, fabrication, or on-site setup support.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your machine or application, contact us before placing the order.

Returns & Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer where applicable. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by brand and product type.

Hardscape Heavy does not create separate warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Returns are governed by our store return policy. Because many products in this category involve freight shipping, special ordering, or configuration-specific selections, return eligibility may vary by product and condition. Special-order, custom-configured, used, damaged, or installed items may not be eligible for return.

Please review our full return policy before purchase. If you have questions about return eligibility or manufacturer warranty coverage for a specific item, contact us before ordering.

The ACH-GB cuts pipe and concrete structures with a chain instead of a wheel, which is what buys plunge cuts to full bar depth, square corners without overcuts, and irregular openings a circular blade cannot follow. Underground utility contractors and municipal water departments run it on ductile iron main; the same saw with a concrete chain cuts walls, vaults, and reinforced concrete pipe.

Air drive is the safety story: no emissions where the saw runs, no kickback when the chain pinches, and the saw works submerged, so trench water is a cutting condition rather than a stop-work. The gearbox drive has few moving parts, cuts wet with no hazardous dust, and starts under load. Every configuration runs the same saw head, and the choices are concrete: bar length sets the depth at 16 or 20 inches; the fitted chain matches the material, concrete chain for concrete pipe and structures, PowerGrit for ductile iron, HDPE, PVC, and cast; and the Package adds the trench kit, from whip hose and oil through the pipe clamp that steadies bottom-up cuts. This is the pipe saw for crews that open mains in the ground and cut structure walls in the wet.

Common Applications

  • Cutting ductile iron, HDPE, PVC, and cast pipe on utility mains
  • Cutting concrete pipe, walls, vaults, and reinforced structures
  • Plunge cutting and square openings in confined and submerged conditions

Selection Notes

  • Pick the chain by material: Concrete chain for concrete pipe and structures, Ductile Iron (PowerGrit) chain for metal and plastic pipe; chains swap, so the other chain can be added later
  • Pick the bar by required depth: 16 in bar for cuts to 16 in, 20 in bar for cuts to 20 in
  • The Package configurations add whip hose, tool oil, wrench, storage bag, and a 10 in pipe clamp that reduces fatigue and steadies bottom-up cuts
  • Requires a 90 CFM at 90 PSI air source, the same band as the belly saws and HS hand saws
