Shipping policy

Processing and Order Review

Orders are submitted for supplier and inventory confirmation after checkout. Many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Processing times vary by product, brand, configuration, and availability.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we received your order request. This confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment. We may contact the supplier or manufacturer to confirm stock status, lead time, and shipping requirements before the order is released for fulfillment.

If an item is unavailable, backordered, or subject to an extended lead time, we will contact you with an update. If we cannot fulfill the order within a reasonable or previously stated timeframe, you will have the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

Shipping Methods

We ship using parcel carriers and freight carriers depending on the size, weight, and type of product ordered.

Smaller items may ship by parcel carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another regional carrier.

Larger items, attachments, and heavy equipment may ship by LTL freight or other freight services. Freight shipments may require commercial delivery access, scheduled appointments, liftgate service, or other handling arrangements depending on the destination and product.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping and delivery timeframes vary by product and are estimates only. Lead times may vary based on supplier inventory, manufacturing status, selected options, and freight lane.

Some in-stock products may ship within several business days. Other products, including freight items, special-order products, and made-to-order equipment, may require additional processing or production time before shipment.

Estimated transit times also vary by carrier and destination. Parcel shipments and freight shipments do not move on the same schedule.

If timing is job-critical, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm the best available lead-time information.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Parcel shipments typically include standard tracking updates. Freight shipments may include carrier tracking, dispatch updates, or delivery appointment coordination, depending on the carrier and service level.

Delivery Conditions for Freight Orders

Many heavy items ship by freight and are delivered to the curb or loading area only. Commercial delivery locations are preferred for large freight shipments.

Residential delivery, limited-access delivery, liftgate service, rerouting, storage, redelivery, and missed delivery appointments may create additional charges. If such charges are assessed by the carrier due to customer requests or delivery conditions, those charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments at delivery and noting any visible damage or shortages with the carrier before signing.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional carrier fees caused by rerouting, address correction, storage, or redelivery may be charged to the customer.

Shipping Territory

We currently ship within the United States. Some products may be available for shipment to Canada on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside the continental United States.

Delays

All shipping dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Delays can occur due to supplier availability, production schedules, weather, freight routing, carrier capacity, and other factors outside our control.

If a shipment is delayed beyond the timeframe we reasonably represented, we will contact you with an updated status and next steps.
