The Eterra Telescopic Auger Extension is an adjustable 72 inch auger extension for 2 inch hex output shafts. A pin slides the auger hub to a new hole to change the length, its multi-hole design fits most auger systems, and it weighs 82 pounds.

Shipping & Freight

Delivery is available to the Lower 48 only; no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories. Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders up to $5,000: $279
  • Orders $5,000.01 to $10,000: $347
  • Orders $10,000.01 and over: $517

These rates cover standard freight delivery to a commercial address. After you place your order, our team will confirm your delivery timeline within 1 to 3 business days.

Liftgate service is required if your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift to unload the freight. If you are unsure whether you need it, contact us before ordering.

Commercial delivery locations are preferred when available. Residential delivery, limited-access locations, and appointment scheduling may affect handling and extend delivery time.

The Eterra Telescopic Auger Extension reaches greater depth without committing to one length. Where the fixed extensions in Eterra's line are cut to a size, this one adjusts: a pin slides the auger hub to a new hole and the length changes to suit the hole being dug.

It is designed for heavy auger systems and fits a 2 inch hex output shaft. Eterra states the installation is straightforward and is meant to minimise downtime, which on an adjustable part matters more than it does on a fixed one, since the length gets changed at the hole rather than in the yard.

At 82 pounds it is the heaviest item in Eterra's auger extension range, which is what an adjustable body and its clamp hardware cost over a plain tube. The multi-hole design is what lets it fit most auger systems rather than one drive.

Two extensions can be attached together where a job needs the depth. Eterra advises against using more than two and asks that anyone planning to call first.
