Eterra Hex Auger Extensions add depth to an auger setup. They are fixed-length extensions on a 2 inch hex in and out, built with wave pattern welds, precision-welded hubs and output shafts, and heavy-wall tubing. Four lengths are offered, 12, 24, 48 and 72 inches.

Shipping & Freight

Delivery is available to the Lower 48 only; no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories. Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders up to $5,000: $279
  • Orders $5,000.01 to $10,000: $347
  • Orders $10,000.01 and over: $517

These rates cover standard freight delivery to a commercial address. After you place your order, our team will confirm your delivery timeline within 1 to 3 business days.

Liftgate service is required if your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift to unload the freight. If you are unsure whether you need it, contact us before ordering.

Commercial delivery locations are preferred when available. Residential delivery, limited-access locations, and appointment scheduling may affect handling and extend delivery time.

Lead times vary by product, manufacturer availability, and selected options. Some configured, special-order, or non-stock items require additional processing time before they ship.

Please inspect all freight shipments at delivery before signing. If you see visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

Eterra Hex Auger Extensions are for operators who need more depth than the bit alone reaches. They sit between the drive and the bit on a 2 inch hex at both ends, and each one is a fixed length rather than adjustable.

The weld pattern is the claim Eterra makes on this line. It uses a wave pattern rather than the straight-line welds it states are found on many competing products, which creates a much stronger joint at the point that carries all the drive's torque. The hubs and output shafts are precision-welded and the tubing is heavy wall, which Eterra states delivers strength without adding unnecessary weight.

The hub is drilled with multiple holes rather than a single position. That is what lets one extension fit most auger drives instead of needing a drive-specific part for each machine in a mixed fleet.

Where an adjustable length is wanted rather than a fixed one, Eterra publishes a separate telescoping extension at 72 inches. It is its own listing and its own part, not a variant of these.
