The Mi-T-M HSP Series is a portable gasoline hot water pressure washer on a two-wheel cart, with a direct-drive pump and an oil-fired burner that runs on diesel or kerosene. Models cover 2500 to 4000 psi at 2.6 to 3.3 gpm, and every one uses the Electro Magnetic Firing system so the burner needs no separate battery.

For an order containing products from a single brand, shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders up to $5,000: $279
  • Orders $5,000 to $10,000: $347
  • Orders $10,000 and over: $517

These rates cover standard freight delivery to a commercial address. After you place your order, our team will confirm your delivery timeline within 1 to 3 business days.

Ordering from more than one brand? Multi-brand orders ship on separate freight and are quoted individually rather than at the flat rate above. Place your order or contact us first and we will confirm total freight before anything is finalized.

Liftgate service is not included in these rates. If your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift to unload the freight from the truck, liftgate service is required and will be added to your shipping charge. If you are unsure whether you need it, contact us before ordering.

Commercial delivery locations are preferred when available. Residential delivery, limited-access locations, and appointment scheduling may affect handling.

Lead times vary by product, manufacturer availability, and selected options. Some configured, special-order, or non-stock items require additional processing time before they ship.

The Mi-T-M HSP Series is a portable gasoline hot water pressure washer built to be wheeled to the work rather than plumbed into a bay. It cuts grease and oil off equipment, garage floors and shop floors, and it carries its own burner fuel, so there is no gas line and no electrical service to arrange.

The burner uses Mi-T-M's Electro Magnetic Firing system, which generates its own firing voltage off the engine instead of drawing from a battery, so there is one less thing to keep charged on a machine that moves between sites. A reinforced powder-coated steel frame with a center-balanced lift point and 13-inch flat-free tires takes the handling that comes with that. The pump runs an external bypass that protects it from heat build-up during the stretches when the trigger is off. This is for the crews that clean where the work is, not where the wash bay is.

Selection Notes

  • Four pressure tiers: 2500 psi at 2.6 gpm, 3000 psi at 2.9 gpm, and 3500 or 4000 psi at 3.3 gpm. The 3500 and 4000 psi models share a frame, a burner and a weight, so the choice between them is pressure alone.
  • Engine brand is the other axis. Honda, Kohler and Vanguard engines are marked 49-state and are not for sale in California; the Mi-T-M engine variants carry no such marking. See the Models table.
  • The 2500 psi models use a Mi-T-M pump and a 4.0 gallon burner fuel tank; the 3000 psi and above use an AR pump and a 5.5 gallon tank.
  • Options are factory-fit only and cannot be added later. Electric start, adjustable thermostat, hour meter, rain cap and skid feet are all order-time choices.
