Shipping & Freight

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses or outside the United States.

Smaller items ship by parcel carrier, priced by weight. Larger items and heavy equipment ship by LTL freight, priced by your ZIP code and the delivery type you choose: terminal pickup and dock delivery cost the least, and commercial liftgate, residential liftgate and jobsite delivery each add the carrier’s fee. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

The best way to get a shipping quote or ask a freight question is the Get a Freight Quote button on this page. You can also call (805) 398-6165.

Delivery types, delivery times, terminal pickup, liftgate service and damage inspection are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Compatibility / Fitment

Compatibility varies by product type, machine setup, selected options, and intended application.

For machine-mounted equipment and attachments, buyers should confirm fitment before ordering using the relevant machine information, including model, attachment style, mount type, coupler type, hydraulic requirements, and any other product-specific requirements listed on the page.

Hardscape Heavy can assist with pre-order fitment guidance based on the information you provide. This guidance is limited to purchase and compatibility review before ordering and does not include field installation, hydraulic modification, fabrication, or on-site setup support.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your machine or application, contact us before placing the order.

Returns & Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer where applicable. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by brand and product type.

Hardscape Heavy does not create separate warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

The HitchDoc Push-Off Bucket is an ejector bucket for the operator who spends half a loading day shaking a bucket to get the load out of it. A hydraulically powered extractor blade runs the length of the bucket and pushes the material out the front, so wet clay, compost, mud and snow leave the bucket without the machine being rocked to dislodge them. That is the whole argument for it: the wear and tear of shaking dense material out is transferred from the machine to a wear part on the attachment.

Because the load leaves the bucket without tipping, the bucket can stay level and still empty, which adds 2 to 3 feet of dump height and 2 to 4 feet of dump reach over the same machine with a tipping bucket. That reaches over the side of a taller trailer without risking the sidewall, and it reaches the middle of a trailer for balanced loading. The controls are variable in both directions, so the same attachment dumps in close to a second or feathers material out slowly for placing gravel or backfill against a wall or a planting. Behind the blade an adjustable seal scrapes the bucket floor as the blade returns, which is what keeps dense material from packing in at the back.

Three widths cover the usual skid steer sizes, and each carries its own capacity and its own width-matched replacement cutting edge. One fitment check governs which one fits: the distance between the bucket's shields must be greater than the distance between the carrier's arms, and the supplier publishes that figure per width so it can be measured before ordering.

Common Applications

  • Loading trailers and containers with wet, sticky or dense material
  • Placing gravel, mulch or backfill accurately against structures or plantings
  • Filling trenches without raising or shaking the bucket
  • Moving wet or packed snow that clings inside a conventional bucket
  • Building taller piles by dumping higher than a tipping bucket reaches

Selection Notes

  • Three widths: 68 in, 72 in, 84 in, each with its own capacity
  • Check arm spacing first: the shields must be wider apart than the carrier's arms
  • The replacement cutting edge is chosen with the bucket in the buy box rather than ordered afterwards, and it is width-matched
  • The bucket is equipped for standard flow hydraulic systems
  • Confirm hydraulic flow, pressure and coupler face with supplier

Included with Purchase

  • 1 HitchDoc Push-Off Bucket (variant/model as ordered)
  • Hydraulically powered extractor blade with its adjustable seal
  • Cutting edge fitted to the bucket
  • The width-matched replacement cutting edge chosen in the buy box, on the Options choice With Replacement Cutting Edge

Not Included Unless Stated

  • Replacement cutting edge, on the Options choice None included
  • Skid steer
  • Hydraulic couplers or hoses beyond those fitted
  • On-site installation or machine configuration

The replacement cutting edge carries its own part number per width, HB193 on the 68 in, HB192 on the 72 in and HB191 on the 84 in, which is why it is chosen with the bucket here rather than ordered afterwards. It is a spare wear part and is additional to the edge already fitted, so the None included choice is a bucket with its own cutting edge and no spare.

Note: Confirm exact included components and mount hardware with supplier at time of order.
