Contractor-Grade Equipment

The Supreme grade of the small-diameter concrete blade line is a high diamond concentration blade for concrete and masonry, in twenty configurations from 4 in through 10 in. Bore and mount follow the machine: a 7/8 in arbor at the small sizes, a universal arbor at 7 in, and a 1 in drive pin hole mount for the joint clean-out saws and milling machines.

Shipping & Freight

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses or outside the United States.

Smaller items ship by parcel carrier, priced by weight. Larger items and heavy equipment ship by LTL freight, priced by your ZIP code and the delivery type you choose: terminal pickup and dock delivery cost the least, and commercial liftgate, residential liftgate and jobsite delivery each add the carrier’s fee. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

The best way to get a shipping quote or ask a freight question is the Get a Freight Quote button on this page. You can also call (805) 398-6165.

Delivery types, delivery times, terminal pickup, liftgate service and damage inspection are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Compatibility / Fitment

Compatibility varies by product type, machine setup, selected options, and intended application.

For machine-mounted equipment and attachments, buyers should confirm fitment before ordering using the relevant machine information, including model, attachment style, mount type, coupler type, hydraulic requirements, and any other product-specific requirements listed on the page.

Hardscape Heavy can assist with pre-order fitment guidance based on the information you provide. This guidance is limited to purchase and compatibility review before ordering and does not include field installation, hydraulic modification, fabrication, or on-site setup support.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your machine or application, contact us before placing the order.

Returns & Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer where applicable. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by brand and product type.

Hardscape Heavy does not create separate warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Returns: within 30 days of delivery if unused and complete, with a restocking fee of up to 25% plus return freight. Returns need the manufacturer's agreement to take the item back; if they won't, the sale is final. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Full terms: Refund Policy.

Please review our full return policy before purchase. If you have questions about return eligibility or manufacturer warranty coverage for a specific item, contact us before ordering.

This is the grade a crew buys when the joint clean-out work is the job rather than a step in it. Twenty configurations cover 4 in through 10 in, and the range exists because the mount changes with the machine: a small grinder takes a 7/8 in arbor, the 7 in sizes take a universal arbor, and the U.S. Saws joint clean-out saws and milling machines take a 1 in bore with a drive pin hole that stops the blade slipping under load.

High diamond concentration is what U.S. Saws names as the difference on this line, and on concrete and masonry that reads as cuts per blade rather than speed. Three configurations are published in a soft bond, which is the choice for harder aggregate where a standard bond glazes over instead of releasing fresh diamond. Section thickness runs from .080 in for opening a joint to .250 in where the cut has to stay straight, so the selection is the machine first and then the width of the cut the fill needs.

Common Applications

  • Joint clean-out on concrete ahead of a polyurea or epoxy fill
  • Crack chasing on concrete and masonry
  • Cutting on the U.S. Saws joint clean-out saws and milling machines

Selection Notes

  • Match the mount to the machine before the diameter: the drive pin hole sizes will not fit a plain arbor and the reverse is also true
  • Soft bond is published at three configurations for harder aggregate; the rest of the line is a standard bond
  • U.S. Saws publishes no weight that distinguishes one size in this line from another
