The Core EZ is a modular core drilling machine that drills 3 to 10 in holes in concrete faster and more accurately than traditional rigs or hand-held drills, at a carry weight of 15 lbs. A Metabo W24-230 grinder drives it on 115 V power, with a safety clutch protecting the operator on a jammed bit.

Shipping & Freight

For an order containing products from a single brand, shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders up to $5,000: $279
  • Orders $5,000 to $10,000: $347
  • Orders $10,000 and over: $517

These rates cover standard freight delivery to a commercial address. After you place your order, our team will confirm your delivery timeline within 1 to 3 business days.

Ordering from more than one brand? Multi-brand orders ship on separate freight and are quoted individually rather than at the flat rate above. Place your order or contact us first and we will confirm total freight before anything is finalized.

Liftgate service is not included in these rates. If your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift to unload the freight from the truck, liftgate service is required and will be added to your shipping charge. If you are unsure whether you need it, contact us before ordering.

Commercial delivery locations are preferred when available. Residential delivery, limited-access locations, and appointment scheduling may affect handling.

Lead times vary by product, manufacturer availability, and selected options. Some configured, special-order, or non-stock items require additional processing time before they ship.

The Core EZ drills clean cored holes in concrete on the jobs where portability decides the tool: up on scissor lifts, in finished spaces, and anywhere hauling a traditional stand rig is half the work. The whole modular system carries at fifteen pounds and sets up and breaks down fast.

The machine cores without measuring offsets, which removes the layout arithmetic that produces misplaced holes, and it does not damage the surrounding surface. A Metabo grinder supplies the drive, and a safety clutch disengages the operator from a jammed bit, which on a hand-held rig is the moment injuries happen. U.S. Saws publishes its own Open End bit series as built to fit this machine, in ten diameters that cover the rig's whole rated band, sold separately. This is for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors coring penetrations by the dozen, in places a stand rig will not go.
